About Greenwood Trails
Greenwood Trails is a great townhome community comprised of 110 units. The Greenwood Trails Townhome Owners Association (GTTOA) provides snow removal, landscaping, common area maintenance and much more. GTTOA is a Planned Urban Development not condominiums. GTTOA obtains insurance annually that only covers the exterior. Owners must obtain homeowners insurance that covers their property from the studs in.This website has been established to facilitate the communication between residents, association board members, committees, and the HOA management company, Omni Management Services. If you have any questions or concerns regarding HOA matters, you can contact Omni here. However, we have tried to put most information you may need right here on the website.
